This proves that they want you to be part of their “team”. Watch their friends’ reaction, though. For example, if they start making subtle jokes about the “attraction” between the two of you, or if they smirk when you enter the room, that means that you are important.
Notice the small details: do his/her friends smile when they see you? If the answer to the question is yes, then he/she probably told them more about you. Trust your instincts.
Actions speak louder than words
The subconscious plays a major role. Often, when people are interested in someone, they try, without realizing it, to copy their actions. This “mirror effect” is a clear sign that they like you.
